Sacred Thresholds is printed on demand — each book is made to order just for you. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for delivery within the United States: a few business days for your book to be printed, plus standard shipping (our default mail service typically delivers in about 12 to 13 business days). You will receive tracking as soon as your book is on its way. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Because every copy is made to order, we cannot expedite an order already in production.
